'Actions are Only by their Intentions'

Q: [Regarding the Hadeeth] "The actions are by their intentions." (Is this) from (the angle of) completeness of Al-Eeman or from its (the action's) correctness?
A: (Actions) are not correct except with a sincere intention. All acts of worship are not correct except with a (sincere) intention, (due to the saying) "Actions are only by their intentions."
