Seeking Knowledge is from the Most Loftiest Acts of Worship

Al-Imaam 'Abdurrahman bin Naasir as-Sa’di رحمه الله تعالى said:
Busying oneself with knowledge is from the loftiest acts of worship, the most virtuous acts of obedience and forms of drawing nearness [to Allaah]. It brings about the pleasure of the Lord of the earth and the heavens.
A gathering of knowledge that you attend is better than the world and what it contains.
Nothing outweighs or is parallel to a benefit that you obtain and profit from [while in such a gathering]
