On the authority of Ubaydullaah bin Shumait (bin Ajlaan) who said: I heard my father saying:
"Verily Allaah - the Almighty - has made the strength of the believer in his heart, and not on his limbs.
Do you not see that the old man who is weak; he fasts in the severe heat of the day and stands the night (in prayer), and the young one is not able to do that?"
