The Ruling of Wiping the Back of the Neck in Wudhoo

Question posed to Shaykh AbdulAziz bin Baaz رحمه الله تعالى: Q: O noble shaykh, what is the ruling of wiping over (the back of) the neck during wudhoo (ablution)? A: It is not legislated.
